If the item you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (and not through your fault), or if the item is not what you ordered, or if the wrong quantity was delivered, you can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receipt.

Merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in the condition in which it was originally sold and must be returned in the undamaged carton and/or packaging that came with the item. We cannot return or exchange merchandise that has been opened or used unless the returned merchandise is faulty, defective or damaged.

We will deliver the goods you ordered to the delivery address you provided. When you confirm receipt of the goods, you may be required to produce identification documents upon request. If you are unable to receive the merchandise for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to charge you additional shipping charges or cancel your order without refund or compensation.
